Decades of wars and unrest have clawed at the sides of Pyrrhia's dragons for as long as they can remember, and the tales of true peace and dragonets of prophecy are simply whispers of the past. Shrike has never been regarded by his tribe as a real SkyWing. His mother fell ill and passed away when he was a dragonet, and his father, a royal SeaWing, was executed by his dictatorial queen as soon as it was found out that he'd had an affair with a common SkyWing. Still, Shrike remains tethered to the Queen and his tribe. Years of lost wars, unfulfilled treaties, and an excessively lavish lifestyle lived by their ruler, Queen Markhor, have left the SkyWing tribe impoverished and starving, and Shrike, the princess's personal bodyguard, has witnessed the consequences of the Queen's ignorance firsthand. A diplomacy meeting with the SeaWings gone wrong erupts in yet another bloody war, and Shrike is swept up in battle before finding himself caught in between the jaws of the political turmoil that seem to be tearing his tribe apart from the inside out. To make matters worse, a warning delivered years before by the continentally renowned prophet, Hereafter, is unraveling before Shrike's eyes, and its exhortations seem like an echo chamber awfully reminiscent of his own life. Jade mountain academy has stood for many years and had grown larger over time. It now had the ability to accept up to 161 dragonets. Thats 23 dragonets from each tribe. Cattail the Mudwing is perfectly happy in her family of 7. So when soldiers unexpectedly show up with orders from the queen to attend Jade Mountain Academy she isn't happy. Her biggest problem is trying to survive the academy. She was never really very book smart. But as secrets are revealed Cattail finds that danger is lurking just beneath the surface and will have to rely on some unexpected friends to save her sibs and possible all of Jade Mountain Academy Wings of Fire, Jade Mountain Academy, and the Dragonets of Destiny belong to Tui T. Sutherland. All non-book published characters were created by me. I am very sorry if some have other peoples dragons names. I Just want to give a special mention to Seamud for their character creator book that created Cattail because i seriously suck at Mudwing names. The names in the book are really good. So my first chapter with Cattail i feel i should deticate to Seamud. I created the cover on PicMonkey but the artwork isn't mine. This is my second WoF Fanfiction so lets see how it goes. There will later be vague references to my other one, this is years in the future.

WoF Fanfiction - discontinued and really bad Hybrid was, well, a hybrid. She used to have a good life, kept hidden from the public. She didn't know what type of dragon she was and had no friends, but that didn't matter. She had her icewing dad, who took her out hunting and loved her enough to make up for everything else twofold. She thought that her difference wasn't necessarily bad. That all changed one day. Hybrid and her father were out, close to where they usually went hunting, and were celebrating her third birthday by going whaling. They were spotted. Another icewing took down her father, killing him for harboring a hybrid. Hybrid was dumped in the desert outside of the wall, where she was found by a sandwing. The sandwing drug her out to die in the dunes. She survived. Barely. After being stabbed by the sandwing's tail barb, she thought she was done for. The last thing that she remembered was her front talons feeling way too cold, especially in contrast to her sunburnt body. Then, black. When she woke up, she was even more different. A/N: I apologize, because, looking back, I kind of lost any inspiration for the first idea, can't mesh it with the idea I tried to throw in, and it would not make sense to ignore either of them....... So yeah this is discontinued, it's really a bad story. I may revamp it into a situation that makes more sense some time in the near future, though. Also, I do not claim ownership of WoF, the amazing book series belongs to Tui T. Sutherland. I only claim ownership of my OCs and the Storyline, this is a fanfiction.

Yeah, I know yet another Wings of fire fanfic, and this time the MC is a SkyWing I'm sorry, but I just wanted to try this out for myself and write this. I hope you'll like it! Desc: Gemstone knew that she wasn't unique, but her friends and even her minidress kept telling her that she was indeed memorable. she had individual orange-red scales, and while this didn't seem different if you looked closely, you could see golden veins running through them. Kestrel, one of her minders and the dragon she was closest with of the adults, thought that she had gotten firesales, but it proved that Gemstone wanted one. She could touch the others without burning them to a crisp. But all her peace and training gets interrupted by an escape plan her friends are playing. While Gemstone is an unusual dragonet, she will discover that life isn't so dull after all.
