Special agent Arjun Sinha investigates the murder of a vice principal of a kindergarten school after she was shot down while returning home from a meeting in her car. He looks for the person behind the incident and uncovers an organised group of people who are using the school as a medium to fund their own business.

The founder of the school was murdered years ago by his business partners who took help of a powerful political figure, Saeed Ahmad who had many criminal charges on his head but he still managed to keep himself above the law because of his political connections and terror among the public.

A female officer faces a web of deceit and comes across a racket when she investigates homicide of a man who had denied to pay ransom to the kidnappers of his twin children earlier.

The conspiracy goes deep when the investigators finds a link between their cases that reveals some history of a construction company ' Regency Builders ' of which the founders were adopting illegal means for personal benefits by forming an extortion group and employing some corrupt people to carry out their operations.
