Bill Cipher is an extremely manipulative and short-tempered character..but....what if he wasn't always this way?
    Dipper and Mabel Pines confront Blendin Blanden, the time traveler, and steals his time machine, going back in time, the twins will experience something that they will never forget...
    
    (Yeah yeah IK cliche..but this is my take on the theory that Bill used to be human..I already have an idea in mind but I may need help.. @AbsolChanisBored, I'm lookin' at u...anywhoo, just read and hopefully u will enjoy!!!)
