Queen Athena, wife to King Triton, was captured by pirates making sure her eldest daughter was able to get away.
However she was rescued by another pirate, this one nicer than the one who captured her. And due to an injury to her tail, she was forced to stay with the swashbuckling human until she was healed.
As time went on, she began to feel for the human, but eventually she had to return to her family.
But what happens, when on a mother daughters day, she and her daughters happens upon the same human years later and finds themselves developing feelings for him as well.
