Soobin fully understood that his life was not his own. That simply was what came with being born in an upper class family. It's how it's always been. That is why he never allowed himself the pleasure of self expression and individuality. He kept his close friend group as small as possible. So when his father announced his betrothal he was not surprised. It was expected and all they needed from him was to show up. The only thing he didn't expect was how much this new addition to his life would shake up his world.
