She is mentally Unstable.Plus she is diagnosed With PTSD or Post-Trauma Stress Disorder.Honestly, she is the Smartest among her Siblings but still she has the worst Past before them.

Fortuna needs to stay behind her Manang Beth preventing that thing happen to her again,She kept hurting herself and no one could Stop her,Only Fortuna knows how to make her Calm down.

Elizabeth mostly hit her head multiple times because of the flashback.That worst flashback always make her hurt herself and mad.She also have mood swings that makes her hurt Her Poor little sister.

But Toni never Gave up,She stays beside her.She kept Taking care of her & never loose hope.They got on the point that Fortuna haven't giving attention to her own family but Marcel understands her situation and he supports her on it.
