No political union before the death of Queen Elizabeth. (I mean the British political union for anyone who doesn't know. Like the British political union like the one making Queen Elizabeth the Queen of Australia, Canada, etc. But Canada, Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand still see Queen Elizabeth as the Queen of them but it is more out of respect than politics.)This all starts when Gambia declares war on the United Kingdom. Using tactics and strategies, along with superior firepower and technology, they're able to control most of the world in just over a decade. Russia and China become the last free nations in world as the surviving militaries and civilians make their last stand in what could only be described as an inevitable defeat. However, just as all hope seemed lost, a prayer for a miracle is answered. In what could only be described as an act of God, UCA discovered a portal being opened in China and tried to invade the other side, only for their armies to be brutally pushed back. It was here the Confederacy is forced to fight against an enemy they thought they exterminated during the Civil War. An enemy that would spell doom for their nation and give hope to those enslaved by their nation. That enemy... being the Union of American Continents. ========== Pairing: John S. Grant x Harem

The British Empire shall essentially live on to modern day and beyond and not as an American influenced nation but as its own nation with its own sphere of influence. (Also before the invasion of Poland but after the partition of Czechslovakia) Would also like to add that the German Reich is not evil in this world war crimes in general will be avoided as much as I can but not erasing them out of existence in general. I will not just forget it existed but I will try and make them not happen or add new ones I will also add war crimes in chapters I want to I will not ignore war crimes, I will not gloss over war crimes, and I will only make them not happen before they actually become war crimes.

1,000 years ago, there was a great war between all the countries and nobody, not even the citizens of said country could be trusted. It was the cruelest of all the wars and you could even say that because of it everything was lost to each's arrogance. Out from the rubble of the devastation one person came forward and with their words brought together 9 people. As a collective, they were the light during such dark times and with their knowledge in multiple fields they were able to make a new standing government, one that united the people. It consisted of the ruler known as The Divine, The Counselor of Security, The Counselor of Agriculture, The Counselor of Technology, The Counselor of Education, The Counselor of History, The Counselor of Ecology, The Counselor of Health, The Counselor of Religion, and The Counselor of Economy. Together they were able to rebuild everything and although they had to restart, they never gave up and pushed forward, making the society we know now. As years went by, they got older and decided every 60 years all who turn 18 that year will have to take an exam. Then depending on their knowledge of a certain topic, they will be put into classes and be monitored for 5 years while learning the field of their choosing. With a special section for The Divine, for they had to take all the courses. The only catch would be once you had chosen what you would be studying, you could no longer change it. Anyone could take the places, gender and sexuality were not an issue. When the 5 years are up, 2 students with the highest grades from each section will be chosen, except in the case of The Divine. The work load to support an entire country can be hard on one person so that is why they had chosen to pick two people so that the work was divided, they were on equal footings. This year was when the new candidates were being chosen and it was during my lifetime. Will Mia be able to get through her hardships in one piece or will it be a walk in the park?!
