They had found it at a yard sale. One of their neighbors was doing some cleaning, and found the book in their attic. Apparently, they didn't remember buying it and had assumed it'd belonged to the old owners of the house. 'The Barbarian and His Dragon Boyfriend'. It was such an old book, that honestly Y/N couldn't believe it was really something WORTH reading... but the idea of a gay relationship between a fantasy dragon and barbarian made them want to read it. However, that night as they sat down and got comfortable, ready to start the story, there was no description for the book. No way of telling what it was REALLY about. They attempted to flip past the first couple of blank pages that books usually had... but they quickly realized that the whole book was empty. There was no writing. None at all. So they went to bed, slightly disappointed. When they wake up the next morning, however, they find themself in an unfamiliar world. One with princes, witches, monsters, fairies, and hybrids... and of course, an attractive, hotheaded barbarian, and his adorable dragon boyfriend.
