(I don't know much League lore so bear with me!) Vi and Caitlyn finally have the chance at a good life with each other, but Caitlyn suspects something her mourning partner doesn't. After scanning the maps, it's perfectly plausible that Jinx, Vi's sister could have evaded death. If Jinx and Vi reunite, it could make Vi completely happy, but Caitlyn fears that Vi will die searching for Jinx. Mel has taken her mother's place. She never thought that her, the just, refined, former Councilor of Piltover, would run such a warlike place like Noxus. She thinks that maybe, if she tries hard enough, the people can possibly incorporate peace in their morals. Sevika thought that her little family would last, but she was horribly mistaken. Losing both Isha and Jinx, on top of the stress of being a Councilor, has taken its toll on her. She can't bear to find people she connects to in fear of losing them as well. Jinx is alive. Not well, but alive. She barely escaped the blast of her grenade with her shimmer-induced speed, dragging her heavily injured body through an air duct. Now, she's all alone again, inside of the tunnel systems. She doesn't know where to go, scrounging for scraps and barely making it through each day. Ekko's returned to the Firelights, but a change has occurred. He had started to mend his relationship with Jinx, and after the news of her death hit him, he stopped finding joy in things. The young Firelights playing, the sunlight streaming through the tree, his hoverboard, all things that used to put a smile on his face, just seem to remind him of Jinx. Jayce and Viktor are stranded in space. The blast from the Arcane destroyed their mortal forms, and now only their celestial bodies remain. They travel to different universes now, helping people when needed, or just talking about their memories together. The whole cult-exploding put a rift in their relationship, but they are mending and expanding it slowly.

Give & Take [CaitVi] - An Arcane AU Merger by void_avoid

Picking up at the angst and devastation of Caitlyn & Vi's heaviest separation, a few weeks after Caitlyn had left Vi at the bottom of the destroyed air vents, Vi finds herself reuniting with Caitlyn in less-than-ideal circumstances. Their shared attachment and feelings haven't faltered, but will they be able to repair what they had? Caitlyn is grasping the consequences of her actions and how they've affected not only her relationship with Vi, but her relationship with the city of Piltover. Ambessa's wrath is in the wake, Viktor & Jayce are nowhere to be found, Jinx is mostly MIA. It's a matter of time before it all comes crashing down. This will be an ongoing fanfic, the goal to merge into the final storyline of Arcane and then continue on post-Season 2. Romance, violence, smut, and grief is to all be expected.

The world of Arcane is splendid and it takes over the mind of imagination. It makes you want more and more. But what would happen if the story was different from the story we were told?

What if Vi and Powder had a younger sister and she was the one that was taken by Silco after the explosion. Would things be different? Would Jinx still be Jinx? Would they be reunited? This story does follow somewhat of the story line of Arcane, there is some minor changes. The story is slower paced but I promise its worth it!

Caitlyn & Vi: The Void to Fill (an Arcane Season 2 Story) by barigrl

I threw my arm around her. Then lightly grabbed her face as she had done mine before, "shhhh, it'll be ok, I've got you ..." I whispered. I didn't let go... Cover art adapted from @trixdraws and @saskia Starting where Arcane season 1 (Netflix/Riot) left off. We see a romantic take on possible events with Caitlin and Vi after Jinx hurled her rocket at Piltover. Although this follows Caitlyn and Vi closely there's a lot of story development as well that I'm having fun with. Noxus, Zaun... culminating in a massive battle... I loved Arcane. It left off too soon, so I couldn't wait to write a story based on the series. The animations, music and storytelling coupled with emotion from every character was astounding. I'm excited to see the masterful art Riot will have in store for next season. But while we wait here's something to chew on... I'd say this is mature YA (a bit of language) nothing too explicit here. Absolutely loved this series and cannon from the League of Legends world. I may have started playing LoL before it officially launched in 2009 I personally see myself in the 3 protagonists Caitlyn, Vi, and Jinx. Sharing a lot of their strengths and weaknesses. Freakin love their complexities and want to dive into them more. Please comment, provide, feedback, and share. I'd love to know what you think. * I do not own any of the art or characters.
