Cassidy can't remember what happened to her the night before she woke up in a Vegas hotel room alone. The small pieces she puts together don't offer much. She doesn't have time to dwell on it but she starts to worry that her ex might have been involved.

Lucian never expected anything to come from his act of chivalry the night of his buddy's bachelor party. But as luck would have it, the mystery woman, Cassidy, would reappear in his life with zero recollection of their prior meeting and a no nonsense attitude.

When Luc hires her to plan a reunion for his Gram, she is clear about maintaining professional boundaries until she learns who Luc really is. Despite her best efforts, the couple gives in to their growing attraction only to have it challenged by elements of their past.
