Living the Dream

Ralph Murphy was a struggling baseball player in 1930’s Pennsylvania. He’s offered a way to improve his abilities at a time when he’s most in need. Is it just what Ralph needs to move to the big leagues, or is there something he isn’t being told about the treatments?

This was written as a challenge from a friend who specified that the story had to include baseball, cell phones, and turtles in some form.
