After Robert Pirone photographs A-list actor Brian Keating cavorting with girls in a Tokyo hotel room, the actor's fixer / father figure, Mr. Young, sets out to protect "his boy". He threatens the only thing that seems to matter to Robert Pirone: his estranged daughter Makiko.

But most of that is shown in LOUD (Or read it from Makiko's point of view in QUIET).

In VINTAGE ROB, Robert Pirone attempts to meet Makiko, but he is too busy trying to make-up for screw-ups in the past to notice his screw-ups in the present.
