Linked to Life

I wrote this short story a while ago, perhaps only to get into the vibe and make something fit into the slightly humorous ghost-stories mood. It was also a try to work with a limited amount of words, getting myself put into a "words economy program". It proved interesting and healthy a try - nevertheless, I wanted the story to catch life in the minds of possible readers, so, I am publishing it here.
