5 years after the defeat of Chaos, the Starlights send their farewells and returned to their home planet of Kinmoku. As they rebuilt and found the populace that scattered across the galaxy, the planet was quickly returning to its former glory. Technological advancements, and economic growth, led the planet into an unprecedented period of rapid development.
Soon the planet was renamed New Kinmoku, and became the epicentre of cultural change. It wasn't until Fighter received a nightmare so terrifying, that new Starlights are to be trained, and a new threat begins to emerge.
