No proper description again, just fic.
This is more of a character study of Li Lanfeng and his obsession for me as well as a look at/ character study of what I believe would be Ling Lan's position on his innocent act in front of her. Throw in Soul Society while we're at it!
Random parts have been stuck in my WIPS for at least 3 years, so why not just post it?
This is also part escapism/stress relief from final year of University, so updates may be just as sporadic as the last fic, so don't take this too seriously. Read in leisure and enjoy yourselves. 💝

Love, Set, Match!
Orm, a clever and carefree college sophomore, breezes through school with minimal effort and plenty of charm. When she meets Ling for the first time-an ambitious grad student with a steady boyfriend and a life meticulously planned-Orm can't help but be drawn to her. Ling, who's always followed by the rules, finds herself signing up for the university's intramural tennis program to try something new. Orm, a former high school varsity tennis player, joins too-partly for the game, mostly to get closer to Ling. As they practice side by side, volleys turn into conversations, and rallies become something more. Their connection deepens, and the lines between friendship start to blur. But with Ling's carefully mapped-out future and their growing, complicated feelings, the question becomes-is this type of love really worth the risk? Will they be brave enough to face their uncertainties and see where this connection leads? *Mature scenes will have a 🎾 next to the chapter number as a warning. (This is a LingOrm fanfic-made with the sole purpose of entertainment and is not intended to be taken seriously in under any circumstance).
