"august slipped away into a moment in time, 'cause it was never mine."

Throughout the month of August, Hanamaki meets someone new, makes a friend, gets a lover, then gets heartbroken, all with the same person.
On the first day of August Hanamaki meets someone who walks into the wrong room, and they take a walk to the right place. This results in a new friend, who will develop into more as the month progresses. Yet, they were never a real thing, and Matsukawa was never his.

This was originally started August 10th, 2022, so some parts are from the original version. A majority will be of a rework and the rest of the story from now.
