Back in the first years of life itself, humans lived peacefully in coexistence. Except three families, the Cromwell's, the Bardsley's, and the Jephso. Warring with each other consistently accidentally they had unlocked a curse that would bound them to forcibly make peace together. Vampirism. These were the originals, which were to later on branch an entire race of vampires to roam for many centuries. And with those coming years, a new name. Pureblood. They were the ones with the purest vampire blood, only access to such an honor was to be born into the family. Though for years, no peace was able to be retained.

It's the year 1568, vampires blending in quite well now, the original's striving in silence. Anastasia, a member of the Cromwell's, is revealed to her first kill of her ex-lover, a werewolf. A generous man, Julio, accompanies her through her struggles through the coming years with much struggle. It's not long before secrets begin to spill, more meaning behind the Pureblood's continuous argument and the dirty lies brushed under the carpet. Tables begin to turn and masks are unveiled.
