It is where the government uses some kind of testings to turn the young adults into emotionless, strong and merciless people. Only the strong bodied boys or girls can handle it, others die. The teens who are capable of surviving are called Little Devils. However, all these operations are done without the public's knowledge, but the truth will soon be revealed and chaos will be unleashed.All Rights Reserved
