Tommy Lee and Vince Neil have known each other since they were little, separating for a brief few months, then re-joined when they got into a band. An introspective and reflective look on how Tommy and Nikki react to an unexpected turn of events, which was supposed to just be a typical night in of drinking, drugs, and kicking back at the hotel after a show. This short story, to me, is a bit different from other Lexx stories that I've seen here, or even other Motley fan fiction stories that I've read here. It's a lot of self reflections of the characters, more so than a story line, although it does have one. But, Crue fan fiction writers here on Wattpad have been my inspiration because you get my mind cranking with ideas. So thank you. This is my first attempt at writing. Surprisingly, I'm a regular gal who just loves Motley Crue and other music from the era. I pretty much have a band crush, with particular affection for Nikki. Some of the writing here on Wattpad is so good, that I might find myself getting a little envious over a fictional character, LOL. So, oddly enough, I decided to write a Lexx story....nothing for me to envy.

Mick Mars and Nikki Sixx were damn near basket cases and almost unapproachable to anybody who came near them. Mick drank vodka like Nikki did heroin. They were their vices. Their poisons. Their true loves that never loved them back. Their true loves until Vince Neil and Tommy Lee came into their lives. Now... Tommy and Vince knew exactly who Nikki and Mick were, and how everyone told them they were loose cannons and that they're not safe to be around. Turns out... that's not entirely true. Nikki's a bit socially awkward and a bit unpredictable at times, but he's not crazy, just not trusting. And Mick is just stand-offish, and highly protective of Nikki; though, he is in fact rude, but he doesn't know how to let people in. It was Vince that opened the can of worms first. The more he was just in the presence of Mick, the more quirks and things he took mental notes of, including the fact that Mick was the one with the lock on his bedroom door. One day, he caught Mick alone at home. He took it upon himself to get dinner and coax Mick out of his dark bedroom. Nikki and Mick had dark shadows looming over them constantly. Always a state of disarray. But Vince and Tommy managed to poke through those dark clouds and show Nikki and Mick what love was really like, and that they were deserving of everything.

Knowing of his bad boy rep, she tries to stray away from him. Hearing about the way he treats women makes her afraid. What's she afraid of? Everything. (I in no way mean any disrespect to Mötley Crüe/Nikki Sixx at all. Some events that take place in this story are from "The Dirt" and "The Heroin Diaries", I take no credit for what I put in this story that relates to those books. This story is purely for fun, I admire Mötley Crüe very much.)
