neat character ideas

Basically, I think about making characters A LOT. I never really put anything into action, so I figured I could dump them for others' use! Don't be afraid to steal these, I couldn't care less. Usually, I base it off of a headcannon I pick up for a random character, but you can use these for literally anything that fits your character criteria.
