McKayla Jean Kingsley just moved with her father to San Fernando, CA. Her mother passed away after 2 years battling with breast cancer. Living in Lincoln, MA was one thing, but California is completely another story, since is the other side of the nation; Lincoln has everything McKayla loves, from her high school friends, family to all the memories of her wonderful and brave mother. One of the reasons her father, Alex Kingsley decided to move to CA, is because Mac wants to go to UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) and one day graduate to be the professional she has always dreamed of: help her dad with his company, and become a Sports Physical Therapist.
There are some particular things about her, and with those things she will need to fight, since she battles with her appearance and her athletic abilities.
