Sigma Phi president, Pierce Newman hates four things: wasted alcohol, jersey theme parties, Delta Tau, and most of all, Sarge, the deeply obnoxious, and wildly irresponsible president of Delta Tau.

Delta Tau president, Sarge, can't stand four things: wasted alcohol, any party theme that incorporates excessive clothing, Sigma Phi, and most of all, Pierce Newman, the uptight, brown-nosing, president of Sigma Phi.

When the Dean of Grace Falls University decides that the fraternities and sororities on campus need to be consolidated down to 5 of each, the two work together to keep the doors of their individual fraternities open. They're an unlikely duo, but the love they have for their frats outweighs the hate they have for each other...or maybe it's a little more complicated than that.
