Synopsis : Dr Martin Brenner craved power and influence, and once he had nowhere to turn with the lab and his previous research, he discovered the Russian plans to reopen the gate. intrigued by their research, he located them, and once he surrendered every bit of useful information, he joined their forces and helped to oversee the operations. Grigori, the cold hearted enforcer, was not fond of this. He was one of the few on the operation that could actually understand Brenner, since the higher ups didn't have time to play translator - Grigori got stuck with him when he wasn't off completing his important tasks.
