"This is what happens when you play with fire, Sage." 
Sage takes the test, expecting to fail, to go back to normal. But she passes. And in a world where passing means being ripped from your home, and adopted by a stranger that hates you, passing is awful. So Sage ventures away with her friend Anastasia into the sun. There, she discovers terrible secrets about how the adoptions started, why the poor became poor, and how the rich became rich. When her world starts to fall apart and her family starts to bleed, she has to rise up or face the consequences. 

Warning: Mild Gore, Depression, Murder, Blood, Language

This is my first original novel, along with my first dystopian novel. So if it's not the best, that's why. Thank you so much for reading.
