Eddie munson and steve harrington knew each other as kids, after the loss of eddies parents they always got along and were inseparable, when they argued they always made up, but when the two kids get in an argument this time they dont make up, little eddie moves away and their friendship is left in pieces, 20 years later eddie is a popular tattoo artist and steve becomes a musician, when steves friend robin convinces him to come with her for her first tattoo the two childhood friends meet again, what will happen?
