Mel comes to a new high school in the middle of second quarter. They had to move because their mother got a new job. They don't know anyone at the new school, and their history teacher keeps deadnaming them. They noticed this guy in their history class. They really like the way he dresses, but they are much too nervous to tell him that.

Zak is very antisocial and has an angry resting face. On top of that, he likes a more alt style which makes him even more of an outcast. People mostly leave him alone, since he seems scary. He noticed that the new kid is a very nervous seeming person, and that they always seem to be looking at him.

When the history teacher pairs them up for a school project, Mel nearly has a panic attack. Zak knows this project won't go well. But something transpires, and everything changes.

Two roommates. One friendship. A world of difference. Kye is a giant, but he's never felt larger than life. Shy, awkward, and hiding behind oversized hoodies, he's perfectly content fading into the background-except when a bottle of alcohol is in his hands. His quiet kindness is often overshadowed by his bad habits, and though he pretends not to care, there's one person whose opinion means everything to him. Mason, on the other hand, is human-and the complete opposite of Kye. Popular, confident, and full of energy, he thrives in the spotlight, surrounded by friends and teammates who adore him. But no matter how many people fill the room, he always seems to drift back to Kye, the so-called weirdo that others overlook. They've been best friends for years. Nothing more. Nothing less. Until one night, Kye gets too drunk, and suddenly, everything is too much, too fast, too real. Now, the boundaries between them are blurring, emotions rising to the surface that neither of them were prepared for. As Kye wrestles with the fear of ruining the only thing keeping him afloat, and Mason starts questioning why he keeps gravitating back to his giant of a best friend, the tension between them grows. Will Kye finally get the man he's been secretly in love with for years? Will Mason realize that the connection between them runs deeper than just friendship? Or is this just one giant emotional wreck waiting to happen? Read now to follow their journey-where size isn't the only difference between them, but love just might be the thing that bridges the gap.

Tess thought she was just like every other teenage girl. But her life couldn't be further from ordinary. Tess lives in a world far from Earth-a planet humanity fled to centuries ago after destroying their home. This new world offers refuge but is ruled by giants, beings towering in size yet surprisingly similar to humans. They have families, jobs, schools, and communities, but not all of them welcome their human neighbors. To some, humans are nothing more than pests invading their world. When Tess's mother falls in love with Brian Taylor-a kindhearted giant-Tess finds herself leaving the familiar safety of the human quarters to live among giants for the first time. It's a terrifying new world for her, one of enormous proportions, where everything feels strange, overwhelming... and dangerous. If adjusting to life with Brian wasn't enough, Tess now has to share her home with his son, Austin-a giant her age who is infuriatingly handsome and an even bigger jerk. Between navigating a new school, making friends, and avoiding trouble with humans and giants alike, Tess's life becomes anything but simple. But everything changes when Tess crosses paths with Darrick. Unlike the other giants, Darrick seems to linger in the shadows, keeping to himself with a quiet intensity that draws Tess in. He's mysterious, secretive, and carries a weight that he refuses to explain. Despite his aloof nature-or perhaps because of it-Tess finds herself captivated by him. Darrick seems to understand her struggles in a way no one else does, but as she's drawn deeper into his world, she begins to wonder what secrets he's hiding... and if her curiosity will lead her into danger. A new home. A new school. New friends... and a forbidden connection with a giant whose secrets might change everything. In a world divided by size, culture, and prejudice, Tess must decide if love is worth risking everything-or if some walls are too high to climb.

The ways the girls in school go on about him do make it look like it was all true. Izzy was in the school basketball team, partly because he was popular, partly because he got great legs. They were also in the basketball team and also do have same features as izzy but not as perfect as he is. They were classic, though izzy had his bad side, he was very proud and would go any length on getting whatever he wanted.
