Keefe is too scared to return to the elves, his mother could find him and hurt everyone he cares about, and he can't let that happen again, not with his new powers. As he leaves, secrets trail him and his friends search for him.
Tam has felt horrible ever since Keefe left, he had never told Keefe consciously how he felt. But when Sophie sends Tam to the Shores of Solace, to see if Keefe left any clues, he is greeted by a small girl, who's face is covered. She has ice blue hair, and two small antlers, and seems about 6.

Unable to resist the soft tendrils tickling her fingers, she slid her fingers up the nape of his neck and into his hair. The sound he made, could have only be described as a whimpered groan, his arms pulling Sophie impossibly close to him. "I want you." Keefe's voice was strangled. "I want you so much, Sophie. I want you to be mine, I want you to look for me whenever you go into a room- the same way I look for you. I want you to think of me as soon as you wake up, and right before you go to sleep- the way I think of you. I want you to-" Emotions choked out Keefe's voice, Sophie pulled away just enough for her eyes to find his, Keefe's breath coming out in harsh jagged rasps, his eyes burned into hers with sheer desperation. [Complete] Sophie is a normal elf, with blue eyes and average abilities. She is a telepath and a polyglot, her two abilities the only special thing about her. Her biological parents are Grady and Edaline, and her sister is Jolie. The Neverseen and the Black Swan don't exist; all members are still alive, and their secret identities (such as Forkle, Granite, Umber, etc) don't exist. The plot: It's been two months since Keefe ran away to the Forbidden Cities. Sophie is devastated after reading the note. But finally, Grady tells her that 'That Boy' has returned!
