Zia Darcy Dracule is half witch, on her mothers side. At least that's what her step-dad Dan told her and her brother but she doesn't really remember much about her mum. They all told her that she was a wonderful woman and she was dead. This is what she has believed her whole life.

Trouble follows Damon everywhere and when he becomes the most unlikeliest of friends with Zia its no different. But this time the trouble is centered around her as she finds out that everything she ever knew about her mother was a lie. She doesn't go looking for the truth but the truth finds her anyway.
