The Quiet singer

Kim Chaewon is a high school student and a very shy girl with social anxiety and not very many friends but she loves music and singing but can't bring herself to do it infront of other people till one day she gets a part time job cleaning up at a agency one night when she thought she was alone she meets a manger and producer A.K.A Kim Namjoon he thinks that she's great and he's been down on his luck at his job cause he doesn't have an idol group or soloist to manage and and hasn't written anything new for awhile but when he meets Chaewon he thinks he can help her become a great idol and concur her anxiety and if he doesn't he could get fired
Will Namjoon help Chaewon overcome her anxiety and train her to become a great Idol and save his job or will they both Crash and Burn?
