I turned my head away from the boy, who cried out my name, pleading with me to ask for his forgiveness.

I did not care anymore. I lost everything in just one day, all thanks to the scrawny little brat, my little brother.

I sailed away from the only place I had ever known, leaving behind the nightmare that plagued my life. I sailed away from the torture, tears streaming down my cheeks as I refused to look back, as I could feel the eyes of hatred of all those who once looked at me with such kindness and admiration.
