In this world, humans and demons are split apart by a wall. Demons south of the wall and humans north. Akito a demon, lives by hunting for scrap, garbage and old machines and selling them for money to survive and help his sister. Shiori a human who lives free but has a brother and father working to protect her and humans. One day she leaves the sanctuary of the north cities and travels south where she encounters a demon. Now her father wants to hunt down every demon to find her. Will this be prevented and Shiori will go home or will a massacre endure?
