Let Me Go

"His lips left my neck, the pleasure suddenly coming to an end. I opened my eyes and looked to his lips, now covered in a thick layer of my blood, his tongue licking it from them slowly. I didn't want him to stop, I wanted to feel him against me, I wanted to give him my all.

He looked to my eyes, smirking to himself. He knew the hold that he had on me, he knew that I didn't want to give this up. He knew this was the only way to connect us now.

His hand held my waist tighter, pulling me against his hard body as his other hand moved the hair from my neck. He looked to me, his bright red eyes hungry for more. I didn't struggle, I wanted this, I craved it.

His mouth moved just under my jaw, licking my skin smoothly. My hand shot to the back of his head, weaving my fingers through his jet black hair. I could feel his teeth rubbing against me, I let out a small gasp, before he bit into me. The pain only lasting a second, before the euphoric feeling once again took over. The hand in his hair now feeling slightly numb as I tried my best to cling to him, his body heavy on top of my own.

It was then that I knew what I needed to do.

I needed to kill the man that I loved."

Elora's life was a lie. Her mother controlled her every move, her best friend had been lying to her their entire childhood, and the world around her was nothing like it seemed. After befriending the boy she hated, Elora seemed to finally be creating a life for herself that wasn't her mothers.
