15 parts Complete Mature

~Complete~When you bring a child into this world, your biggest wish is for them to live a long, full life. This is especially true for single-mom Jolene, Jo, Wilson, who's 14 year old daughter Jenny, got diagnosed with leukemia. The doctors are hopeful as they caught it early, but it does cause Jo and Jenny to move from their small town in northern Maine to Boston, a move that causes already tight money to get even tighter. Thankfully Christopher's Haven is providing them with housing right across from the hospital Jenny is receiving treatment from. At the anniversary party for the organization, Jenny meets her celebrity crush, Captain America himself, Chris Evans. When she introduces him to her mom, with more than just innocent introductions in mind, the two hit it off. But Jo can't lose focus right now and Chris is scheduled to go away again. As Jenny's treatments cause her to get frailer and frailer, Jo leans on Chris more and more. Will he be able to provide her the emotional support she's desperate for as she watches her daughter struggle through treatment? And more importantly, will she let him in enough to do that?
