Let's go back a bit of time and see what it's like to live as a mermaid. Meet Mary and Tiffany as they figure out how to get adjusted to this new life of living in the oceans rather than air.

Mary used to be a ghost, along with Tiffany, but Mystic decided to reincarnate them now.

Meet an attention seeking Mary who hates it underwater due to there being a less population of sea critters.

Meet Tiffany (again) who doesn't like it much, but not as much as Mary, but is kinda ok with living down in the seas. She actually kind of likes it.

During chapter 1-5, I generally didn't have a plan on what to do with this book, so I decided to take a hiatus and work with another one I had been excited to work on. Unfortunately, although it did give me time to think how it went, I felt like I should never do anything like that again and go out of order with my books.
The plots for chapters 6 - end is that Frello, a mermaid apart of a cult, plans to shrink the entire sea life with potions that were discovered at a part of an island with a lot of cookies. Meanwhile, Mary and Tiffany makes friends with Niilo, the anglerfish, and Aubrey, a mysterious mer-whale who seems to have ran off from the kingdom.

Sea what these mermaids have in store.

"One small incident can ruin or change a person's life - Now imagine a storm," Dusty winds spit at Sun'Tribe and her people. Cramped, multiple families are forced to huddle in one of the ruins; the only remaining proof of the original four tribes that used to stand. "Unifying us all is what should make us less insecure about ourselves, but our differences are what makes each one of us unique; special," In Sun'Tribe, everyone is the same. No traditions, no religion, no abilities, no culture, not even the way someone dresses themselves can be different. Dull, brown clothes, with hair cut down and pulled back in a simple manner. Difference is only for their Leader. The supreme ruler who never goes hungry, and lives in a large palace just for herself. It isn't until two lowly commoners take in the last of the outcasts, that their world sees a future of life again. ~*~ Written by the beas-TEAS, @EChO11111111111 (old acc: Echo__IsNoFurry) and @Ripplestream11 ; also credit to our friend who is not comfortable sharing her name (As of right now, Echo's account isn't working, AGAIN, so check both for updates) You don't have to read the other previous two books of this series to understand this book. "Forgotten Truths" is more of a backstory-based book, for the old tribes and some of the characters, which takes place a little over a decade before "Daffodils and Hyacinths", and the main details to understand this book are in "The Place where Dreams Fade," but if you're new, you should be caught up after reading 'TRIBES AND RULERS' and the Prologue. Updates might be a little irregular depending on our schedule We all hope you choose to give "Daffodils and Hyacinths" a go! NOTE: This book is not a fanfic, nor does it have any relation to "The Last Airbender" or "Legends of Korra". We definitely do see how it can be related to that, but we did not intend for that to be the outcome. Thank you!

Tension between mermaids and humans had always been high, especially after the queen of the mermaids had been killed by humans, regardless that it was an accident. So many years later when Princess Muriel becomes curious about humans, she keeps it to herself. Muriel lives in a castle with her father, sisters, and best friend, Percy. Some of her sisters blame her for their mother's death so Muriel avoids them when at all possible. She gains an interest in humans and trails after their ships. For humans, mermaids are bad luck so she knows that they won't attempt to harm her. The first time Prince Philip steps foot on a fishing boat he witnesses the crew catch a mermaid. Although terrified, he moves forward to help untangle her as no one else is moving. He prays that she'll forgive him. Worry forms when she takes a lock of his hair. Was that a way of marking him? Regardless, he doesn't fight, not wanting to make it worse. Worry increases when she's spotted again. Muriel begins to develop a crush on Prince Philip after he frees her from the net. When her sister's displeasure with her grows worse, Muriel seeks to avoid it. In a desperate attempt to do so she finds herself cave of the sea witch Minerva. Philip's kindness remains prominent in her mind when Minerva offers her a choice to be a human. Hesitantly she agrees, unaware of how different the human world from hers. Philip's bodyguard begins to catch on that Muriel is different and Percy and the king quickly become desperate to find her. My own version of "The Little Mermaid" by Hans Christian Andersen. Used to be called, "Mermaid Wish." (Magic in this world works differently than in my series, 'Tèarmann Chronicles')

[Wattpad's Summer Reading Checklist 2022 Pick] "'Hella heavy' is your response to seeing me with a literal fish tail?" "Sorry. Should ... should it be something else? Wait, does this mean that you can't eat sushi?" * * * * * When Alyssa shows up in Hulhazy Front a week after wiping the memory of her partner, she's terrified of ruining everything again. Her brother and dad are convinced she'll be okay as soon as she's able to "move on", which makes no sense to her, because they sound like the exact same thing. Alyssa doesn't care about moving on--she just cares about hiding the fact that she's a mermaid from this new small town, and especially her new coworker, Elliot. Elliot has spent the past year trying to figure out how to be out. It seems that every time she finds some kind of balance, something has to happen. Her parents say something homophobic before she's about to confess her "big secret," or her old friends from the swim team make some jab about all the things they're convinced Elliot did sophomore year. She's planning on her summer consisting of working at the public pool, hiding her sexuality, and third-wheeling it up with her best friends, Neema and Duncan. Until, of course, she meets Alyssa. *cover created using graphics from freepik*
