Each poem in this book is a piece of my heart and a piece of me. Someone who once was a huge part of my life will always carry that piece of my heart and who I was with them. These poems are for the piece of me that I'll never get back, but that I'm reluctantly ready to let go of and share with anyone else who might have given a piece of themselves away as well.

I've been caught up with this guy for a while who's not interested in me at all. But I've been smiling and forwning everyday at the sight and just the thought of him. I never thought that I would be feeling something like this, especially at my senior year where we'll be apart soon enough.
