hi! this is an interactive book you can follow along with, and it is interactive. some chapters arent interactive, and some are. it will be edited throughout my entire teen years, and then when im an adult, i will look back and edit it heavily. it will then be published and you will be able to write in it like a diary:) its a book directly from the author's mental state, helping teenagers with mental illness/mental health issues. it is a comfort therapy book and it is not a chore. you can easily follow along. 🩷
