Life is not easy for everyone, Dorian Blight and his older siblings are put to high standards by their cold mother, especially when Dorian has oracular magic like her, the problem is his divination magic isn't always accurate and while he is intelligent his magic isn't as powerful as his siblings, will he improve or can he find a different type of magic to learn but by the law of the Boling Isles you can only use one brand of magic. Fortunately his friends and older sister Amity might be able to help him. Also a human girl comes into the Boiling Isles and forms a relationship with Amity.

At 17 years old Luz decided to run from home she manage to go between realms and ended up on the Boiling Isles. When she decides to stay and help Eda, the most wanted witch on the Boiling Isles, her life turns upside down.
