Dear reader 
If you choose to run through these poems you must know, most of these poems have been written in sadness, anger and a few times in joy. 

Whenever I find myself overwhelmed with emotions, writing them down, weather as raw as they or in forms of rhymes have always helped me validate them. 

Whenever I've been overwhelmed with emotions writing or reading Poetry Is what has best help me deal with them.

Yes! Sometimes I might be overly dramatic, but at that moment, in the storm, that's how it felt. 
If you find yourself relating to these words, I hope you know you're not insane...
