She doesn't want to get rid of the baby but she also doesn't want to lose the baby so she comes up with an idea. Tell her remaining family that she's pregnant. But if they reverse the snap how will Hazel tell Stephen, Bucky and Sam that's she's pregnant? More importantly that Stephen is the father?
