Two hundred years ago, an immortal demon lord awakened and wreaked havoc. A party of warriors known as the four calamities sealed the demon lord in another realm. Being the strongest, they were feared, so the humans devised a plan and trapped the four calamities. They sealed three of them in a place no one knew of, and as far as the one is concerned, they stripped him of his eyes, ears, tongue, ring, and spear. They stole a high amount of magic that he possessed and sealed it in 8000 grains of sand scattered on an unknown beach.

This story is about how the demon lord's offspring and the calamities have a thirst for revenge.


In the kingdom of Frelia, Veil is a college student at the esteemed Doavah college of magic. On an educational field trip in the Estel labyrinth, she accidentally descends to the lowest floor, where she is bewildered to see the strongest being, weak and disabled.
