Then come on these journey with me. It's my hope that as you read through the pages of this book you feel even a little less alone in your struggles with mental health. I have been there too. Some days are better than the others and this book is a reminder of how far I've come and an invitation into a part of myself that struggles with despair. The feelings are real true and the words aren't sugar coated but I'm still here. I hope they help you choose to stay too .

This book conveys philosophy and values for modern issues that undermine today's generation world and their inner voices atmosphere, combined with spices of solitude, cognitions and emotions from a young man that he tries to communicate regarding all its aftermaths and possibilities. However, as time progressed, what he had inside of him slowly became worry and indecision in the eyes of many people. The increasing inner confusion of his generation that surrounds his steps in the modern world, of course, is not something that is easily ignored by him as a human being who still acquires traditional values in his soul. 2. Nurturing Culture This writing attaches various possibilities and probabilities to an event in the future when the generation of humans who reign/control today's world do not have good competence, cognition and emotional stability in setting boundaries, respecting and appreciating. The presence of traumatic personal experiences and several clauses related to culture that have been passed down from previous generations, of course, can support the importance of discussing this theme.Concluida

Every Tuesday and Thursday, Maddie goes to group therapy, where she shares her feelings. Every week it's the same thing, until Maddie gets a new lab partner: Zach Williams, every girl's dream date. Infinite Love: A Diary of Remembrance
Content warning: There are sections of writing in this book which contain references to suicidal ideation, self-harm, hallucinations and delusions both psychotic and neurotic. The writing within this book is the direct writing from my day-to-day diary that had been kept from 6 January, 2020 until May 24, 2020. Serendipitously, I was in the middle of a great struggle when I first began writing in it, and it eventually became too much to bear. There was inevitably a so-called awakening, which gave me the very simple knowing of who I am (and who you are) and which allowed me to deepen within myself through this knowing. It was a stillness that was such an obvious thing in my existence that it had always been subconsciously overlooked as unimportant. It isn't satisfying to the mind to just be, but it is infinitely satisfying to the being to just be. Nothing is missing and nothing needs to be found. This is the simplicity of the still, non-phenomenal being which is in fact yourself and myself, as one Self. This book is something which came out of that stillness, and held within it is an attempt to point towards whatever this is that I have discovered as myself. I do hope that you find it somewhat enjoyable and perhaps learn a thing or two about yourself. Thank you.Concluida

Some chapters may be seen as too controversial but whatever you know. I mean, reading this is your choice. You don't have to. I do not deny that my thoughts are somewhat influenced by my environment and experiences. Also, this is the real me.
