An alternate universe in which the city of Inkopolis is run by Pearl Houzuki, the Oyabun of the yakuza. The citizens and gangsters alike must do what they can to survive; cold-inked murder, prostitution, drug and weapon dealings, and protection fees that leave those who are struggling in debt.

When Callie is late to the Halloween party, Marie agrees to tell the others a story to kill the time. The story takes place long ago and is about a scientist that has no other dream but to create life. After many failures, he is forced to seek help from hooded figures that appear one night. He succeeds, but gets trapped in deal he can't escape from. A few months later, a shadow starts terrorizing the land of Inkopolis. It strikes at night, it's blade cutting down everyone that gets in it's way. One night, four travelers gather to stop the shadow, and go out to fight it. The Grudge Disease *NEWLY UPDATED (2026)*
This is a sequel to "The Grudge"! It is recommended that you read that story first for added context. It's not just Aloha acting weird anymore, it's everyone.
