Japanese tourists have flied to Sodor to get pictures of the North Western's engines for a museum in Tokyo.
However shortly after the Japanese tourist arrive engines and people on the island start acting weird. Killing and eating any humans in sight.
Now it's up Henry, his driver Sara Guetta and backup firemen Linwood Taylor to try to survive this chaos.
