"Can I give you lessons?" The slight accent in his tone caused unusual feelings to stir within me, and I knew instantly he was trouble.

"Lessons?"

"Ya' know..." He smirked, leaning closer to my face. "...love lessons."

Valentina Evans, aspiring director, felt she knew life experiences. She'd even made a career out of it. She liked to live life safe, and enjoyed keeping her heart closed; as a result, she had to read about feelings instead of go through them. It'd worked so far, so she didn't see the need to change her ways. But one night in a club she runs into someone who makes her rethink that whole philosophy.

William Cooke, aspiring actor, had lived through a lot. He'd been forced to move from his home country of England all the way to LA at a young age. Women constantly get their hearts broken by him, and he was infamous for his fast-paced love life. He was searching for that spark he'd always heard about, but nobody seemed to have that quality. But one night in a club he runs into someone who makes him rethink that whole philosophy.
