The SCP foundation is a very mysterious place where one can find all the different beings and their quirks. It took it up for their task to ensure that these dangerous SCP will never get out of their foundation and never destroy nor harm humanity.

Follow the notes of Tsukauchi and Sansa, both SCP foundation members as they encounter and write down what they know about the SCP's.

This part focuses on the SCP's aka what some refer to as the LOV.

Well that is something that both detectives Sansa and Tsukauchi, members of the SCP foundation, thought while writing down notes of some more SCP they have in their custody. Of course they find their task more thank just usefulll but as dangerous as it is, it also can be a lot of fun as well as relaxing. If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. So Izuku has officially a quirk. His quirk makes him smarter and stronger than the rest of the average. Stronger? What an obvious lie.
