Magic is born in six different forms: light, shadow, fire, water, aire and nature. Twelve kingdoms master them as their realms have adapted to the court that rules them. According to the Convention of the Magic Alliance: 1) Magic has always been a gift that was only trained among people who belonged to the court. 2) Magic has always been forbidden to the people. The people are unpredictable and if magic is allowed for everyone, the disasters it can unleash will be uncontrollable. 3) Magic has never been allowed to mix among the different forms it can take. If a magician is born with two powers, they will only be able to use one throughout their life. Marriages between different realms have never been welcomed. 4) Magic can only be truly powerful if it is crowned. Centuries after the signing of that convention, wizards who were born with magic were kidnapped by the army, disappeared or had to hide in the most remote places of the realm. Magic was a damnation for those who were not born into wealth. Centuries later, however, a rumor was also born. A rumor of hope for a future in which all would be equal. Yet the rumor will have to fight the opposing forces. Kingdoms that want even more power than they already have. Kings who prefer the stability of tradition. Yet the rumor will have to fight the opposing forces. Kingdoms that want even more power than they already have. Kings who prefer the stability of tradition. Their stories will be intertwined forever in the war for the democratization of magic. A tale of power, swords, spells and freedom.
