Pitiful ~A Hunter x Hunter fanfiction~

Alright, here is my favorite part of writing a fic....wait for it...THE INTRO YASS
Note the sarcasm -.-

~I watched, my eyes widening slightly, as the once sturdy looking cocoon shriveled into what I could only describe as a grape that had been drained of everything within it. It was almost unrecognizable as to what it was before, a shadow of its former glory. The brown, shriveled cocoon now hung loosely above me, daring to drop down onto me any second.

What grotesque creature dug it's putrid body through such a disgusting shell? What in this world could have driven it to rip through something like a wild animal?

It didn't take me long to put two and two together and figure out that I was the morbid creature that dug and ripped my way out of that prison. While taking in the scene around me, that was the only logical conclusion I could come up with. How? My brain wouldn't allow me to remember the exact incident.

Today, was the first day to a whole new life. My first day where I was truly alive. The day I was reborn.~

(Yep, used the classic 'steal some stuff from the actual story' bit sorry about that people)
