"Happy birthday to our dear Hazel...
Happy birthday to you!"
A huge group of the audience sang along with Mario, Marco, Odette, and Hazel's parents. Hazel is a cute seven-year-old girl with hazel eyes. She is Marco and Mario's close associate's daughter. Henry is her elder brother, three years older than her.
"Hey, pumpkin! Don't forget to make a wish," Henry reminded his little sister, who is wearing a pink fluffy frock and a tiara, just like the princess she is.
Grinning, the little girl's eyes roamed all over the hall, looking for those blue pairs of eyes. When she found them afar, smiling at her softly, she blushed and turned her head towards her parents.
"Does this wish come true?" she asked innocently, making her parents' hearts swoon. "Sure, it does, baby," her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lopez, answered, smiling at their daughter. In excitement, she closed her eyes, folded her hands on her chest, and prayed. Grinning, she opened her eyes, blew the candles, and cut the cake happily, hoping her wish comes true.
"My little princess, what did you wish for?" Odette asked, kneeling in front of the little girl and smiling widely.
Hazel's excitement perked up hearing the question from her favorite aunt. "I wished to marry Darius and Davian, Mrs. De Luca," Hazel beamed, telling her secret wish to Odette.
Odette's eyes widened hearing Hazel's wish of marrying her twins, who were Harry's best friends and studied in the same school as hers. Odette was so shocked that her jaw literally hit the floor.
Seeing Odette's shocked face, Hazel frowned, puckering her lower lip as her eyes glistened with tears.
"I know it is wrong; Mama said we have only one heart and we are supposed to marry only one prince," Hazel sniffed, making Odette's heart swoon.
"Aww, no princess, we can love both princes; it's not wrong," Odette said, wiping a lone tear that escaped Hazel's eyes.
"It's okay to love them both; I did," Odette spoke again, this time looking at her husbands.
In a world dominated by werewolves, Odette leads a simple, human life until what was supposed to be the best day of her life, her wedding day, takes a nightmarish turn. Luca, a powerful world-leader and Alpha, claims her as his mate, which forces her into a desperate fight for her freedom. Now on the run, Odette encounters challenges that will test her wit and strength. Will she surrender to the relentless pursuit, or fight back?

I round the corner to see a group of freakishly-tall and handsome men. There were three men in the group, one instantly stood out to me even with his back toward me. He had deep black hair and I could tell strong lean muscles were hidden beneath his button-up shirt. I falter in my steps a bit, something in my mind telling me to go another way, to ask someone else for help with directions. But I keep walking closer. Something else within me tells me it will be okay.
As I get closer, the two men who were facing my direction look towards me and I stop, keeping a safe distance. Hopefully they are able to help me, and not turn me away just because I'm a human.
"Hi, um, could you tell me where the front desk is?" The man whose back was facing towards me stiffened. "I think I'm a little..."
The man turned toward me so quickly it made my heartbeat waver. His deep blue eyes pierced into my brown ones and called out to me. His jawline was chiseled to perfection, lips parted slightly in awe. Every feature of his face was meticulously handcrafted by God. I never thought I could find a wolf so elegant. He was...beautiful.
Something in the air shifted. I could feel it in my bones.
"...lost," I finished my sentence after a brief pause.
No one answered me. Did I say something wrong? I look between the three of them and see that the two men behind the man who was staring so intently at me were looking between me and him.
"Mate."
