In the small coastal city of Anchor Heights, where the main source of tourism comes from the fact a popular fantasy movie was filmed in the woods near the town, high stakes such as a shadowy cult lurking around, deities making the city home, and gateways to a weird dream-like world popping up wouldn't be expected but our heroes find out the hard way that their coastal home has a darker, more supernatural side and that the disappearance of Kara Hoshi is the key to solve it all.
