Naturally, I scanned the tree line again pausing when a dark silhouette caught my eye, my heart flew into my stomach as my breaths quickened all I could see of the figure was its mask and its devilish yellow eyes pupils blown into slits.
    
    I stepped backward my miscolored wings tensing behind me ready to fly away, I gasped as I heard the creature let out a low growl watching as it crept closer, then the oddest thing happened.
